Residential Energy Savings Agreement
We agree to provide you with a complete precision tune-up and professional cleaning semi-annually as described below for your heating and/or air conditioning equipment during the term indicated.
    Precision tune-up procedures include:
  • Clean and adjust burner assembly
  • Clean ignition assembly
  • Inspect all electrical components
  • Clean heat exchanger or elements
  • Monitor flue draft
  • Check Freon pressures
  • Monitor starting capabilities
  • Test safety controls
  • Clean or replace filters
  • Clean and adjust blower components
  • Measure for correct air flow
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Measure volts/amps on motors
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Adjust thermostat calibration
  • Clean evaporator coil if accessible
  • Clean condenser coil
  • Clean condensate drains
  • Measure temperature difference

Residential Custom 2000 Service Plan
This plan covers maintenance, labor, parts* and emergency service.

We agree to provide you with a qualified Service Technician to inspect your air conditioning and/or heating equipment. The maintenance services to be performed as part of the agreement includes two precision tune-ups and professional cleanings per year, consisting of:
  • Clean and adjust burner assembly
  • Clean ignition assembly
  • Inspect all electrical components
  • Clean heat exchanger or elements
  • Monitor flue draft
  • Check Freon pressures
  • Monitor starting capabilities
  • Test safety control
  • Clean or replace filters

In addition to the precision tune-ups, professional cleanings and maintenance services listed above, we will provide you with an emergency service that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Through our emergency answering service and stand-by personnel, we are always on call to furnish and install replacement parts necessary to maintain the listed equipment in good operating condition.

All compressors must pass a megohm test prior to enrollment.
